Pressing at the Archer Project

Early this morning Abundancers headed down for a quick juicing session at the Cathedral Archer Project, a centre for homeless and vulnerable people of Sheffield. We set up at the same time the kitchen at the project was cooking breakfast, ensuring lots of people were around to enjoy the freshly pressed goodness for a healthy and tasty start to the day. There were lots of keen volunteers (so keen we managed to break one of the screws in half on the scratter) and we got a good couple of presses out of some Norfolk Park apples, with all the juice being gulped down there and then. Possibly our fastest juice session yet, we were on our way home by 10am. Job done!
